Universal Translation was established in 2000.  The firm has great reputation to the Fox Valley Hmong community and recognized by the Hmong community leaders.  Today it provides over 50 different languages including sign language.  Universal Translation has provided interpretation and translation services to clinics, hospitals, city, county and state government agencies, private parties and industries to overcome language barriers.  It has been reviewed by Hmong Times of Minnesota, Future Hmong of Wisconsin, Appleton Post Crescent, Oshkosh Northwestern, Manitowoc Herald Times, Market Place Magazine, The Scene and others.  They are also the owners of Asian Taste Restaurant which offers a variety of Asian cuisines such as Hmong, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese, and are owners of Tongxeng Personal Home Care which offers personal home care services for senior and disabled clients.   

Our professional interpreters and translators also have B.A. or B.S. degrees or translating experience.  All of the translators have passed a rigorous examination with respect to their linguistic knowledge, education, training and expertise in specialized subject area.  Our interpreters also attend workshops and sessions, which help to increase their knowledge in serveral areas such as medical, social and/or legal issues.  Their experiences are available upon request.
